On 2023 February 05 the Government of Ghana issued its Ghana DDE – 2nd Amended and Restated Exchange Memorandum to holders of what it termed as Eligible Bonds – CIS Holders or Individual Holders (IBs) below the age of 59 years old as of 31st January 2023 (Category A), Individual Holders (IBs) aged 59 years or older as of 31st January 2023 (Category B), other Eligible Holders (General Category)
Since then, Government has extended the expiry date of its Offer to Treat from 2023 February 07 to 2023 February 10.
